Doğu Özden graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Economics and furthered his education by completing an MBA at Koç University and a Strategy Certificate Program at the London School of Economics. He began his professional journey at Koç Holding in 2001 as a Trainee Manager in the Audit and Financial Group. Over the years, he held various roles, including Audit Assistant (2002-2003), Financial Specialist (2004-2005), and Senior Audit Specialist (2005-2008). After serving as the Audit Group Manager from 2009 to 2010, he transitioned to Tofaş, where he was appointed as Accounting Manager from 2010 to 2017. He then served as Financial Planning and Control Manager from 2017 to 2018 and was promoted to Financial Planning and Control Director, a role he held until June 2024. In June 2024, Doğu Özden was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Koç Finansman A.Ş.
