Business Development Manager
She holds a master’s degree in Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences at Balıkesir University. In 2014, she completed Pedagogical Formation Training at Hacettepe University and obtained the title of trainer.
After completing her university education, she began her career as a project specialist in the R&D team of a local government. She then led and provided guidance on the full project cycle management processes, including writing, implementing, and reporting projects for both the private sector and civil society organizations in national and international arenas, particularly in securing funding and grants.
Throughout her career, she has written and successfully managed projects funded by the United Nations, the European Union, Development Agencies, and Ministry grants. She has also taken on roles in the overall coordination, monitoring, and evaluation management of financial support programs for associations, foundations, and universities. She has participated in volunteer activities in various civil society organizations and been involved in mentoring programs.
Since January 2023, she has been serving as the Business Development Manager at the Turkish Corporate Governance Association.
