Nalan Uysal was graduated from Gazi University Department of Economy, and started her carrier in Koç Group in 1994. After 22 years of experience under Koç Financial Services, Nalan Uysal founded HERA Strategy and Management Services Inc. in 2014.
Based on Uysal’s expertise on financial strategies, access to financial resources, sales management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate management and, receivable and risk management; HERA leads corporations in their activities including growth strategies, capacity building, corporate transformation, performance improvement and digital transformation strategies, and gives advisory to the boards of directors and executive boards.
Nalan Uysal is a member of Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD) since 2014, and takes an active role in the entrepreneurship ecosystem as a member of TrAngels Board of Improvement of Investment Environment. Thanks to its competency in the dynamics of local companies;
HERA, which she is the founder of, is involved in European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) network.
